All service engagements are governed by a signed Client Service Agreement (Annexure C), which takes precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
All fees are as quoted in writing and are payable in accordance with our Client Service Agreement. Our standard payment terms are:
We accept USD cash, bank transfer (Zipit), EcoCash, and Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG). Final deliverables are not released until full payment is received.
The 60% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel a project after commencement, you remain liable for payment of all work completed to the date of cancellation. If QwantuTech cancels for convenience, the deposit will be refunded in full.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design — is the intellectual property of QwantuTech (Private) Limited and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Intellectual property in deliverables produced for clients transfers to the client upon receipt of full and final payment. Until full payment is received, all IP remains the property of QwantuTech. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery remain our property under a perpetual licence to the client.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, QwantuTech retains the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
