We complete a standard business website within 3 to 5 working days after the initial deposit is received and all content has been provided. E-commerce stores and custom web applications take longer depending on scope and complexity.

Ideally yes — you know your business best. However, we can assist with copywriting and sourcing professional images if needed. Content assistance is quoted separately. The faster you provide content, the faster your site goes live.

Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive and tested across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Given that most Zimbabwean users browse on mobile, this is a non-negotiable part of every project.

Yes. We can handle domain registration and cloud hosting on your behalf. Annual hosting, domain, and SSL starts from $72/year. We can also work with hosting you already have.

We can deploy chatbots on your website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and internal business systems. WhatsApp integration is especially popular with Zimbabwean businesses given the platform's penetration in the local market.

AI projects are scoped individually because complexity, data volume, and integration requirements vary greatly. Our starting points are: basic chatbot from $500, standard chatbot from $1,200, advanced AI automation from $1,500, and AI analytics dashboards from $2,200. We provide a fixed quote after a free scoping session.

We accept USD cash, bank transfer (Zipit), EcoCash, and Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG).

We require a 60% deposit before work begins. The remaining 40% is due upon delivery of the final product. We do not release final files or go-live until the balance is settled. This protects both parties and ensures commitment on both sides.
